Message from James Hamilton
In a time when many energy service companies are reporting flat growth, we’re pleased to announce that GlobaLogix’ pace has yet to slow. We’re seeing strong indicators of growth on all fronts: hiring, revenue, new business and operations.
Locally, we’ve expanded our office space to accommodate the growing Houston staff. Our company head count is now 115 people. We have opened an office in Denver and are opening an operations center in Carthage, Texas this month to support our activities in the Haynesville Shale.
Notably, our business growth for 2009 increased 94 percent over 2008. That number is supported by continuing work from our long-time clients, but perhaps even more importantly, reflects projects from a diversified client base. We are now active in six states and in Mexico, and are pursuing new projects in the Northeast in the Marcellus Shale.
And finally, while GlobaLogix will always be a company dedicated to leveraging remote monitoring to connect the “wellhead to the website”, we are now targeting the corporate office with new Digital Oilfield services. You can read about this new offering in our next newsletter.
As always, we appreciate your continued support.
Best,
James Hamilton
